We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data.

	• Profile preferences
	• Favorites and saved mini-apps
	• Messages or support requests


Information Collected Automatically

	• Device type and OS version
	• App usage and interaction events
	• Session and authentication tokens
	• General location (country/region derived from IP)


Information From Mini-Apps

Mini-apps may request:

	• Basic profile info (only with your permission)
	• Session authentication state

Mini-apps do not receive your email or personal data unless you explicitly consent.

4. Identity & Cross-Device Sign-In

If you use QR or device-link sign-in:

	• The approving device must confirm the request

	• Mini-app developers (scoped to what the mini-app needs and you approve)
	• Infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, auth)

7. Your Choices

You can:

	• Delete your account at any time

2. Accounts

You agree to:

	• Be responsible for activity under your account



3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

	• Abuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
	• Reverse engineer the service
	• Upload malicious mini-apps
	• Violate any laws or third-party rights



4. Mini-Apps

Mini-apps are created by:

	• StackLive
	• Approved creators

Creators are responsible for their content, but we:

	• Review and curate mini-apps
	• Can remove any mini-app at any time



5. Virtual Items / Future Payments

Digital items:

	• Have no real-world monetary value
	• Are non-transferable
	• May be revoked if accounts violate policies



6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

	• Policy violations
	• Fraud or abuse
	• Security risks



7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties.



8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, StackLive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

All mini-apps are:

	• Reviewed before being listed
	• Scanned for malicious code
	• Evaluated for guideline compliance



Prohibited Mini-Apps

We do not allow:

	• Illegal content
	• Hate or harassment
	• Pornography or explicit sexual content
	• Gambling (without proper licensing)
	• Misleading financial tools
	• Malware or tracking abuse



User Reporting

Users can:

	• Report a mini-app
	• Block content
	• Contact support from inside the app

Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours.



Enforcement

We may:

	• Remove mini-apps
	• Suspend creators
	• Terminate accounts



Developer Accountability

Mini-app creators must:

	• Agree to our developer terms
	• Follow Apple App Store guidelines
	• Respect user privacy scopes
